AIVPS Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with AIVPS (aivps.me) or purchasing any Cloud VPS or Dedicated Server products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Server Provisioning & Root Access

All AIVPS Cloud VPS and Dedicated Servers provide complete root access to the customer. As a root-level administrator, you maintain complete control and responsibility over installed software, operating system updates, firewall configurations, and internal security.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our network and will result in immediate suspension without refund:

• Distribution or hosting of malicious software, viruses, Trojans, or botnets.
• Participation in or generation of Denial of Service (DoS / DDoS) attacks.
• Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM) or maintaining open mail relays.
• Port scanning, network probing, vulnerability exploits, or unauthorized intrusion attempts.
• Any illegal content or activities prohibited under applicable Indian and International laws.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime

AIVPS guarantees a 99.9% network uptime SLA for all Cloud VPS and Dedicated Server instances. This excludes scheduled maintenance announced in advance, customer-initiated OS reboots, or third-party upstream carrier interruptions beyond our direct control.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

Accounts with unpaid invoices after the due date are subject to automated suspension after 3 calendar days, and server data may be reclaimed/purged after 7 days of non-payment. AIVPS reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy.

Privacy Policy

Privacy & Data Protection Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you create an account on AIVPS, we collect minimal personal information required for billing and service provisioning: your name, email address, phone number, and account access credentials.

2. How We Protect Your Server Data

AIVPS values customer privacy. We operate on a strict Zero Data Access Policy. We do not access, inspect, copy, or monitor the internal data, files, databases, or memory of your Cloud VPS or Dedicated Servers unless explicitly requested by you in writing for technical assistance.

3. Payment & Financial Security

All financial transactions are processed securely through certified PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. AIVPS does not store credit card or banking secrets on our servers.

4. Communication & Support

Your contact details will only be used for critical service notifications, invoice deliveries, and support inquiries. We never sell, rent, or trade customer information with third parties.
