AIVPS Refund and Cancellation Terms

1. Cloud VPS Refund Policy

At AIVPS, we strive to deliver top-tier virtual private server performance. We offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee on all standard Cloud VPS plans for new customers, subject to the following criteria:

  • The refund request must be made strictly within 48 hours from the time of server provisioning.
  • Refunds are valid if there are documented hardware/network SLA failures that our technical support team is unable to resolve within 24 hours.
  • The server account must be in good standing and not in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy (no port scanning, abuse, spam, DDoS origination, or illegal activities).
  • Any promotional discounts, license fees (e.g. cPanel, Windows OS licenses), or custom setups are non-refundable.

2. Dedicated VPS & Dedicated Server Orders

Because Dedicated VPS and Bare-Metal servers involve physical hardware allocation, rack mounting, custom provisioning, and dedicated IP routing, all Dedicated VPS and Bare-Metal server purchases are non-refundable once provisioned. Please review server specifications thoroughly before placing an order.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Dedicated Server and Custom Node orders.
  • Third-party software licenses (cPanel, DirectAdmin, CloudLinux, Windows Server OS).
  • Additional IPv4 / IPv6 addresses assigned to accounts.
  • Setup fees or custom engineering assistance.
  • Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy violations.

4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, please follow these steps:

  • Log in to your client area at AIVPS Client Portal and open a support ticket under the Billing department.
  • Alternatively, send an email from your registered account email to support@aivps.me with your invoice number and server IP.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days back to the original method of payment.
